We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Custom-made or clearance items are not returnable.

2. Return Request

Raise a request within 7 days of delivery at info@ferrisinterio.com.

Provide order ID, photos/videos of the issue.

3. Return Process

Once approved, our team/courier partner will arrange pickup.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with invoice.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refund mode will be the same as payment mode (Bank/UPI/Card).

5. Replacement Option

Wherever possible, replacement will be offered instead of refund.
