At Ferris Furniture, we take pride in offering high-quality furniture and interior products. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

⚠️ Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Email us at info@ferrisinterio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Mention your order number and attach clear photos of the damaged or wrong item.

Our team will verify and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

If reverse pickup is not available, you may need to courier the product back to us.

The returned product must be packed securely to prevent further damage.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only:

After we receive and inspect the returned product

If the return reason is valid and approved by our quality team

Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been processed or shipped.

To cancel, email us at info@ferrisinterio.com with your order number.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. In case of damage or defects, please initiate a return as per the steps mentioned above.
